Mission:
We started Top Dog Exterior to lead our community with a servant's heart in an industry that does more than clean — it transforms how people feel about their home. There's nothing like pulling into a clean driveway and feeling proud of where you live again, and we get to be a part of that transformation every day.

This business allows us to give back bigger than the job itself. It lets us take care of our neighbors here in Tampa and support a mission we're passionate about — giving back to working breeds. These are loyal, driven, high-energy dogs that are often misunderstood and face a much higher chance of ending up in shelters or being euthanized, which is why 10% of every job goes to helping them find support, training, and a second chance.
Our Approach
Serve First
- Lead with a servant's heart. Answer the phone, show up when we say we will, and treat every home like it's our own. We don't just do a job - we take care of our neighbors.
Transform
- We treat every wash, scrub, and rinse like it's our own home. Our goal isn't just to get it clean, it's to bring it back to the way it was meant to look and make you proud to come home.
- This business exists to give back beyond the job. We invest in our Tampa community and pour 10% of every job into our mission - giving working breeds a second chance at support, training, and a home.
Give Big
Meet Our Owner
Top Dog is run by Braden — husband, purple belt, and follower of Jesus. When he's not washing houses, he's on the mats, in the kitchen, or training with his wife and their two Belgian Malinois. Those two dogs showed them how misunderstood working breeds are and how often they get abandoned or labeled as "too much".

Braden believes God called him to serve Tampa Bay through entrepreneurship and to fight for a cause he believes in — saving working breeds. Top Dog lets him serve both communities that mean the most to him: his neighbors, and the dogs who just need someone to understand them. He gives all glory to God for this blessing. Proudly serving the greater Tampa Bay region.
